Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Tele) Registered Nurse position is available on nights shift in Bel Air, Maryland. The role involves caring for adult patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, UTI, AKI, pneumonia, and cholecystitis. The RN will provide specialized patient care in a unit that requires cardiac monitoring experience and proficiency in a variety of clinical skills. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary support and a focus on comprehensive patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, nights (19:00-07:30), minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, ACLS certification, CPI certification, at least 1 year of patient care experience, prior experience with telemetry units, proficiency in managing cardiac and respiratory devices, and skills in managing complex medical procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EMR (Epic preferred), community hospital experience, prior experience with trauma or LTAC settings, and familiarity with Med/Surg and telemetry patient care
• Additional Information: The role requires handling advanced clinical procedures such as managing ports, IV therapy, blood draws, pleur-evac management, and wound care. The RN must be comfortable floating within scope, adhering to scheduled start date of 07/27/2026, and completing onboarding compliance within five days prior to start. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with potential for extension, and includes scheduled orientation hours.
