We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.

Hourly Pay: $22.00

Shift: Mon-Fri (5pm-1:30am)

Responsibilities

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors
• Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment
• Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).
• Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Qualifications

Required: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Preferred: • Customer service experience • 2-3 years of similar work experience
