Job Summary:
An Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac Vascular Operating Room (CVOR) at a healthcare facility in Winchester, Virginia. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care for adult cardiac cases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

• Location: Winchester, VA
• Role: RN CVOR
• Unit: Surgical Services
• Schedule: Days, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., four days per week, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Virginia State License or Compact license, ACLS certification, BLS certification (AHA only), 2+ years of CVOR RN experience, Epic experience, proficient in Word and Excel.
• Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification, 5+ years of CVOR RN experience.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), CNOR (preferred)
• Experience: 0+ years (minimum experience specified is 0)
• Additional Information: Must float to main OR if no vascular case; on-call shifts range from 6 to 13 within a four-week period; may float to vascular cases if no scheduled heart cases; equipment includes ECMO, Impella, Maze, IABP; patient ratio is 1:1; EMR system is EPIC; on-call can include weekends and holidays.
