Job Description

Role Summary

Team members are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include:

Execute operational excellence – Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.
Deliver 2ndMile Service – Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
Activate Emotional Connections – Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.

Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment .

General Responsibilities

Front of House:
- Greeting guests
- Order taking
- Meal Assembly
- Meal Delivery
- Table Touch in
- Effectively clean (dining room, front counter, drive thru, restroom)
- Correcting orders
- Correctly use dishwasher and clean dishes
Back of House:
- Receiving Product
- Storing Product
- Prepping product
- Assembling Product
- Fulfilling Orders
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of back of house

Requirements

Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
