Weekend + holiday availability are required. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages to resort guests with exceptional hospitality. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Adhere to standard recipes, safety, and health guidelines. Engage with guests and provide drink recommendations. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately. Support the resort team in delivering outstanding service. Qualifications Previous bartending experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or high-volume setting. Familiarity with drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends. Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Serving Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Well-groomed appearance and adherence to resort uniform standards. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
