Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)The Center at Tucson is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses now!Salary Range $30.00 - $33.00 Hourly Job Shift AnyShift Availability: Day shift (6am-6pm) or night shift (6pm-6am); full time, part time, PRN.Pay: $30-33/hour, dependent on experience. NOC has a shift differential in addition to the base pay.The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basisWork in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patientLPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditionsAnswer call lights, assist patient with ADLsResponsible for timely and accurate chartingDo whatever is takes to make our patients happy with their stayThe Center at Tucson is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care.
