Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Paid Training Available

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Dahl Memorial Healthcare is a compassionate and patient-focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients in a supportive environment. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Dahl Memorial Healthcare, you will play a key role in assisting patients with their daily activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and contribute to improving the lives of our patients. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, including repositioning patients as needed. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration). Assist with patient hygiene and ensure a clean and safe environment. Report any changes in patients' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff. Help with feeding, hydration, and medication reminders as directed. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations. Ensure patient comfort and emotional support, fostering a positive environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Current CNA certification (or eligible for certification – will pay for certification and training). Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a focus on quality care. Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
