Current Louisiana Dental Hygiene licensure (or eligibility).
Job Description
Perform thorough dental cleanings, root planing, and periodontal therapy.
Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, including X-rays and charting.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with dentists and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Maintain accurate electronic patient records and strictly adhere to OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 to welcome you to the team!
Biweekly Pay: Based on a streamlined workflow of approx. 65 hours per pay period.
Bonus Potential: Monthly company-wide performance bonuses.
Full-Time Flexibility: Our full-time staff works 4 days per week, ensuring you have plenty of time for family and personal life.
Contractor Options: We welcome Independent Contractors! We offer flexible scheduling tailored to your availability; compensation for these roles will be discussed based on operational support.
Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
