10 Fitness in Bryant, AR seeks an Assistant Manager to uphold the member experience and lead with honesty, resilience, and a service-first mindset. You will help run a clean, friendly club and support staff with daily operations, payroll, and safety compliance.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate staffing, recruit and coach team members, manage member interactions, promote memberships and personal training, and ensure goals are met.
