Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention services to clients experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focusing on skills development, coping strategies, and personal growth topics relevant to the community.

• Collaborate closely with local organizations, health providers, and community stakeholders to enhance the continuum of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline—Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven understanding of mental health issues particularly relevant to community populations and the barriers they face.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities and methodologies suitable for outpatient settings.
