Full‑Time Day Shift (6:45am-7:17pm) Part‑Time Day Shift (6:45am-7:15pm) and Evening Shift (7pm-11pm) and Night Shift (6:45pm-7:15am) Sign‑On Bonus up to $2000 Summary: Resident Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well‑being of residents and document the same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards. Performs personal care tasks for residents Provides exceptional customer service to each and every resident Observes and records resident condition information Transfers and/or lifts residents Carries out universal precautions Complies with all aspects of Resident Rights Qualifications: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience.
