Key Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working in school settings, serving pediatric populations
• Ability to serve a diverse student body across K-12 (specific age groups being finalized)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and contributing to student success

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, families, and special education teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and progress reports
• Offer support and guidance to educators and parents to foster inclusive classroom environments
• Adapt therapy approaches to fit each child’s unique needs
