We are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys transforming creative ideas into beautifully executed spaces. What You’ll Do Design exceptional kitchens, baths, and interior spaces from concept through completion. Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, vision, and investment goals. Develop detailed floor plans, cabinetry layouts, elevations, and construction documentation. Prepare presentations, material selections, and finish specifications. Utilize CAD and kitchen design software to produce accurate, highly detailed drawings. Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, vendors, and our internal design team. Guide clients through our luxury showroom experience while delivering outstanding customer service. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Support the sales process while building long-term client relationships. The Ideal Candidate Proactive and self‑motivated. Confident presenting ideas and leading clients through the design process. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced luxury design environment. Passionate about architecture, cabinetry, interior design, and fine craftsmanship. Detail‑oriented with strong engineering and problem‑solving abilities. Professional, polished, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. A team player who enjoys collaborating while taking ownership of projects. Qualifications Experience designing luxury kitchens, baths, or residential interiors. Strong knowledge of cabinetry design, space planning, and construction documentation. Proficiency with kitchen and bath design software and CAD. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Experience with project coordination and documentation. Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Why Portfolio?
