Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Thousand Oaks, CA

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic elementary setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity involves working 15 hours per week in a supportive school environment with a highly collaborative team. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold California SLP licensure and California CTC credentials
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students, is beneficial
• Open to SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Demonstrated skills in pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessment and intervention
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with education guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster growth and monitor progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment
