$48–$52/hour
LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, pain management, balance, and functional movement
- Supervise PTA staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
