From the register, to the grill, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant. Bonus: We also have a unique hourly employee bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses, this is in addition to your hourly pay. Tips: Currently, our crew members average over $2.00 an hour in tips... this is in addition to your hourly pay rate. Expectations: So, what's it take to be a successful Five Guys crew member?
