Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, setup, and coordination of company events, meetings, and special functions. Support logistical planning, including venue arrangements, vendor communication, and materials preparation. Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing any operational needs. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold event quality, brand standards, and guest satisfaction. Help manage event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
