Administrative AssistantBlacksmith Fork Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our new receptionist!This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment.Monday through Friday 8:00a-4:00pmResponsibilities:Answering phonesCommunicating resident's needs with the care staffGreeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concernsSchedulingFilingMaintaining recordsTime sheet correctionsAny other duties as assigned by the administratorRequirements:Excellent customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft officeBe able to multitaskBe a team playerHave a friendly attitudePossess a love for the elderly populationExcellent time managementAble to remain calm under pressureA background check and TB test are required upon hire
