Paint Sales Representative - Kailua-Kona, Hawaii
HPM Building Supply is looking to hire a Paint Sales Representative in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The Paint Sales Representative is on the front lines winning new paint contractors. In addition to new business, this individual is responsible for maintaining current accounts; this includes jobsite visits as well as filling spec sheets for future projects. Although the primary focus of the job is on outside sales, the Paint Sales Representative is also responsible for ensuring the paint department is running smoothly, with the right staff coverage and customer paint orders accurately completed on time. This may include assisting in coaching, training and leading the paint team.
The typical schedule for the Paint Sales Representative:
- Monday - Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends for events
Qualifications
- Previous paint sales experience required
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and 70 pounds occasionally with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
