Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization that has provided comprehensive services for dialysis facilities in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina for 35 years. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Charge Nurse to join our dialysis team. Responsibilities Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to unit clients. Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients. Use the nursing process to deliver direct and indirect patient care. Direct and supervise other team members. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care, tailored to patient age and developmental status. Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures and standards of care. Stand and bend frequently and for prolonged periods. Education & Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice. Must have at least 1 year of RN experience (required). Preferred: 3 months of dialysis experience. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. Must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no work‑visa sponsorship is available.
