Psychiatry Physician

• Position: Psychiatry
• Location: Mexia, TX
• Schedule: Full Time: Monday Friday 8am 5pm (allows 2-3 remote days per week)
• No on call, No Weekends, No holidays
• 13 Week Contract with Potential to Extend
• Contract Type: 1099
• Malpractice Insurance up to $1M
• Estimated Salary Range: up to $250,000 annually

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating psychiatric disorders, and performing psychiatric assessments, providing timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical records of the residents with intellectual disabilities.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have good communication skills, organizing, and able to present information.
• Justification of medication use.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
