Job Title: HR Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Casper,WY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Temp to hire
Pay Rate: $16.57 - $20.72 DOE

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join a local client. The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and provide excellent service to employees and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records.

• Maintain and organize HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Assist in processing payroll by collecting timesheets and ensuring accurate data entry.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general information.

• Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

• Assist in maintaining employee databases and ensuring data accuracy.

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role. 

• Previous experience with HRIS software preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Dependable, reliable.

Pay Details: $16.57 to $20.72 per hour
