We are a 245D licensed program which provides services to individuals who have mental illness, brain injuries, or substance use concerns. We operate 4 person group homes and individual apartment settings. Our residential services are rehabilitative, and our aim is to help individuals reach their personal goals for independence.Schedule: Various full and part time positions available.Salary: $17.00 hourlyBenefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.What do Direct Support Professionals do?DSPs provide a variety of services to our residents, and duties vary from program to program, but may include (but are not limited to):Providing caregiver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessaryTeaching and maintaining skillsCooking and feeding assistanceProviding support with hobbies, studies, and social activitiesMedication administrationAnd participating in fun recreational activities with residents!What skills do Direct Support Professionals need?No degree is required! If you have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and are over the age of 18, we will provide all of the training that you need to provide high-quality care; no experience is necessary DSPs are people-oriented - they assist individuals with their caregiver skills, provide home services, and strive to improve their quality of life!DSPs are adaptable and flexible - they enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction that keep their work day interestingThey are dependable - provide efficient and exemplary personal care assistanceMinimum qualifications: 18 years of age or olderWillingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients Valid US driver's licenseBasic computer skillsOur Benefits for you!
