Damar is currently seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to join our highly skilled ABA Program Manager team. The Program Manager is responsible for the development of treatment plans and clinical oversight of their assigned client caseload. They provide proper supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Program Manager regularly analyzes client data and adjusts treatment plans and training materials as needed. The Program Manager serves as a leader in the clinic by attending meetings, providing additional training, delivering feedback, etc. ABA Autism Services by Damar combines the long-term experience and expertise of Damar with cutting-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches to offer a solution to families facing the challenges of raising a child with autism. Our services can include: Intensive Behavioral Training Social & Community Training Speech & Occupational Therapy Services Diagnostic Services Community Integration Here are just a few of the benefits you'll enjoy at Damar: Discretionary pay bonuses Paid CEUs and BCBA renewal Lower caseloads Trauma Informed Care Collaborative environment Growth opportunities Eligible for the Damar Advantage including discounts at Damar Health Services and Damar Pharmacy Comprehensive training in verbal intervention and physical management techniques Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance options Up to $3,000 per year in Tuition Assistance Save for your retirement with our 401(k) Plan Participation Take care of loved ones through our Damar provided Life Insurance and additional voluntary options Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance options Paid Holidays to spend time with loved ones Paid Time Off (PTO) for rest and renewal Remarkable ways you will be making a difference: Demonstrates competency through performance checklists in all clinical and administrative areas Responsible for providing 5% supervision to RBTs on assigned team Completes RBT performance checklists as assigned May be required to provide RBT continuing education or competency assessments May be required to meet with caregivers before or after hours Seeks the best use of materials, equipment, and staff to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Effectively uses time management to manage caseload and work assignments Provides ABA program management to clients in a clinic, home, school, and/or community setting Uses the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and current research to make decisions Remains knowledgeable of each assigned client’s ABA program and its progress and adjusts the treatment plan when sufficient progress has been made or a lack of progress is seen Follows the direction of the Program Director regarding each client’s profile Reviews client assessments, treatment plans, behavior plans, and other protocols at a minimum of every 6 months and makes revisions as needed Actively participates in and/or oversees data collection and the use of data to improve outcomes, practices, and service delivery Provides immediate feedback to ABA therapists following observation and completion of performance checklists Remains available and approachable to ABA therapists for questions, concerns, or ideas regarding client programming or behavior intervention Maintains a caseload of 30 hours per week Maintains high authorization utilization of assigned caseload May provide direct therapy to children in a clinic, home, school, and/or community setting Responds to a crisis appropriately and assists others as necessary What you need to be considered: Master’s Degree and BCBA Minimum 2 years’ previous experience with autism spectrum disorders required with a minimum of 18 months of autism experience in an ABA setting Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA Indiana Behavior Analyst License Ability to pass and maintain Critical Moments Training (CMT) Certification Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving) Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminalconvictions Successfully complete a pre-employment physical Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening
