Enterprise Portfolio Lead - AI-Driven Delivery & Governance

ExtensisHR in New Jersey seeks a Director of Enterprise Portfolio to own how our key initiatives are chosen, funded, delivered, and adopted, and to personally lead critical ones. Reporting to the CIO, you will balance hands-on delivery with portfolio strategy and governance in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, governance of demand, and modernization of PMO tooling with AI-assisted workflows.
