Your impactful journey will include:
- Delivering direct care to patients and fostering meaningful relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery.
- Contributing to speech language in-service education and our student program for speech language pathologists.
- Mentoring and training new team members and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Overseeing and guiding speech therapy assistants and technicians.
- Celebrating patient achievements throughout their recovery journey.
- Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
- Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- A Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in speech language pathology.
- Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications.
- Must hold a current state license in Speech Therapy.
- Completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
- BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.
