Job Summary Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is hiring a Radiology Technologist in Woodbridge, Virginia. This is a Flexi, rotating shift opportunity. Responsibilities The Radiology Technologist conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician. Tasks include positioning the patient for correct anatomy/pathology, operating radiation-producing equipment and electronic radiology systems, preparing patient room/equipment/medications, and maintaining adequate supply inventory. The technologist explains the examination and procedure to the patient and completes departmental documentation. Qualifications Trade School Graduate - Radiologic Technology (Required) ARRT (Required at time of hire) BLS Must have one year of previous radiology experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Sentara Healthcare Inc
