- Up to 990K guarantee salary plus production based bonus potential

- $11,000 CME allowance every two years

- 1:3 call
- 2 cath labs onsite and designated chest pain center
- 24/7 operation; nurses on call 24/7
- No structural available. Mainly cardiac with some peripheral
- BE/BC
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
- Family-friendly community ideal for outdoor lovers - boating, kayaking, fishing, gold courses, parks, etc.
- 2 hours west of Chicago and 1 hour east of the Mississippi River
