Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year A bit about us: We are a growing, mission-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. Our approach is built around a simple belief: exceptional clinical outcomes begin with supported clinicians. We believe BCBAs should have the resources, autonomy, and collaborative environment needed to focus on what matters most—delivering individualized, high-quality care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts who want to be part of an organization where their clinical expertise is valued, their voices are heard, and their work makes a lasting impact. Why join us? Because great clinical care starts with taking care of the people delivering it. We're building an environment where BCBAs can thrive professionally while making a genuine difference for the families they serve. Clinical Autonomy: Use your expertise and professional judgment to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize meaningful client progress. Quality Over Quantity: Join a team that values thoughtful clinical decision-making, effective supervision, and sustainable service delivery. Collaborative Culture: Work alongside professionals who believe in supporting one another and putting clients first. Meaningful Impact: Build relationships with children and families while helping them achieve measurable, life-changing milestones. Professional Growth: Continue developing your clinical skills and take on new responsibilities as the organization expands. Mission-Driven Leadership: Be part of a team committed to balancing clinical excellence, ethical practices, and responsible growth. If you're looking for an opportunity to practice ABA in an environment where your contributions matter, we'd love to connect. Job Details Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking a compassionate, clinically strong BCBA to oversee individualized ABA programming, support behavior technicians, and partner with families to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Oversee the implementation of ABA programs and monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis. Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with caregivers to develop practical strategies that support skill development beyond therapy sessions. Make clinically appropriate adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress and changing needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional, ethical, and payer requirements. Partner with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members to maintain high standards of care. Advocate for clients and families while promoting ethical, compassionate ABA services. What We're Looking For Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Eligibility for applicable state licensure, where required. Experience developing and supervising individualized ABA treatment programs. Strong understanding of evidence-based interventions, functional behavior assessment, and data-driven clinical decision-making. Ability to mentor and support behavior technicians effectively. Excellent communication, organization, and family collaboration skills. A genuine commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care. The Ideal Candidate You're a BCBA who takes pride in clinical excellence but also understands that meaningful progress requires trust, collaboration, and consistency.
