Facility Painter

Painter Join the dedicated team at Lincolnshire Health and Rehabilitation Center , a leading provider of skilled nursing care in Merrillville, Indiana. As a Painter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and comfort of our facility. About the Role: As a Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our building are well-maintained and visually appealing. This includes, but is not limited to: Painting walls, ceilings, and trim to maintain a clean and professional appearance Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning Matching colors and finishes to ensure a cohesive look throughout the facility Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to ensure a smooth operation Responsibilities: Paint walls, ceilings, and trim to maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including but not limited to repairing and replacing damaged or worn-out finishes Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries What We Offer: Competitive compensation Daily Pay Robust health and voluntary benefit packages for eligible employees.
