Job Requirements:

Follow all Smoothie recipe's
Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service
Optimistic personality
Uphold cleanliness of the store
Ability to follow standards, policies and protocol
Inspire a healthy and active lifestyle
Training of new employees
Inventory management
Assist in leading store meetings
KPI management
Coaching team
A bias towards actions - you do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours a week

Work location: On-site
