Job Title: Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Trauma Performance Improvement Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Business hours, Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 40 hours/week Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience required License: Current Valid California RN License Certifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience required Description: We are seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse to support our trauma program. This position will be on-site during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. A hybrid model with remote days may be considered. Qualified candidates must have a BSN or higher. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma settings. A current valid California RN License is required. The Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is essential. The Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification is preferred but not required. There will be additional call hours available at no cost during the assignment. Please pay attention to the requested start date in applications.
