Webber Motors is a dual franchise dealership and are looking for automotive service technicians in our main shop with FCA experience but open to other OEM technicians willing to train and work on FCA and Ford vehicles.
Our shop is busy and our flat rate techs regularly turn 180-220 hours a month. Top performers are earning over $100K a year.
We pay our techs to train and want them to grow their skills. The more you know the more you can earn.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to execute repairs efficiently.
- Execute wheel alignments, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems effectively.
- Repair or replace faulty parts such as transmissions, powertrain components, or diesel engines while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and providing recommendations for ongoing vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven dealership or automotive service technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience working with FCA vehicles is preferred.
- Knowledge of ADAS calibration, wheel alignment procedures, and diesel engine repair techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and powertrain components.

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
