In-House Litigation Attorney

We're hiring for an experienced In-House Litigation Attorney. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work! We are seeking an In-House Litigation Attorney for company-related legal matters and general counsel. Virginia Bar license is strongly preferred. We will consider candidates willing to submit an application to waive into the Virginia Bar. Bar admission to Maryland and the District of Columbia is a plus. Federal Sector Experienced Required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel consistent with company's goals
• Advise on the negotiation and administration of subcontracts and purchase agreements
• Select and manage outside counsel, consultants, and experts
• Advise on corporate legal issues involving employment, environmental, compliance, and intellectual property

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience is required, including one year of federal sector experience
• Litigated cases before the EEOC, MSPB, and in district court
• First-chair deposition experience
• Litigated employment cases
• Ability to gain Secret, TS or TSI clearance
• Virginia Bar license (Preferred)
