Senior HR Generalist

HR Operations Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters Manage employee records documentation and HR databases Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Recruitment amp Talent Acquisition Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports Performance Management Support the implementation of the performance management cycle Coordinate performance reviews and follow up with managers and employees Support managers in setting objectives and providing effective feedback Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate HR actions Learning amp Development Identify training and development needs in coordination with managers Support the implementation of training programs and development initiatives Follow up on employee development plans and training effectiveness Contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives Payroll amp Personnel Coordination Coordinate with the payroll and personnel teams to ensure accurate employee data Review attendance leaves and employee-related payroll inputs Ensure proper employee documentation and compliance with applicable labor requirements Support onboarding and offboarding processes HR Analytics amp Reporting Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards Track key HR metrics including Headcount Turnover Absenteeism Recruitment metrics Employee engagement Retention Provide HR insights and recommendations to management HR Policies amp Compliance Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented Review HR processes and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations Support the development and updating of HR policies when required Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 4+ years of proven HR Generalist experience.
