Background: Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. The candidate is responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect ensuring the quality and quantity of product produced. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications Build and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized manner Secure completed pallets using clear stretch wrap Report any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptly Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area Support other departments as needed based on production demands Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or applicable work experience required; associate degree or relevant technical training a plus. Prior working knowledge in manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, a plus. Must have experience operating sit-down Forklift. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team. The successful candidate must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions and complete documentation; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to work in sometimes extreme weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment. Ability to work well in an environment with continuous people and equipment movement. Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, could require working overtime during high demand. Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined company protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Radienz Living employees must comply with all required safety protocols, including but not limited to use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as applicable and instructed. This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a clean-shaven face at all times. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. and move heavy objects. Constant manual dexterity use. Ability to use a hand pallet jack. Required to stand for long period of time. Ability to walk, bend, lift, pull, twist, kneel, and reach with hand and arms for extended periods of time. Work is performed in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment. This role involves regular exposure to dust, laundry detergent odors, and elevated noise levels.
