- Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing between 24 lbs. to over 100 lbs.
- Process orders and handle boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
- Manually lift, carry, and arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.
- Load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on various surfaces.
- Read labels and process incoming and outgoing orders using a proprietary computer system.
- Operate handheld scanners.
- Climb and balance on ladders.
- Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
- Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Experience in loading, operating, and moving hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.
