Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Responsibilities:Supports the preparation and coordination of international trade shows and business trips, including booth arrangements, marketing materials, promotional items, hotel accommodations, air travel, special events, and reservationsCoordinates the preparation and distribution of customers' end-of-year gifts and other customer appreciation initiativesCoordinates and prepares detailed agendas and itineraries for international business trips, including trade shows, customer visits, and business meetingsFollows up on leads generated through international trade shows, the company website, telephone inquiries, email, social media, and other business development activitiesDoes Research and identifies new business opportunities using external databases and sources, including social media, chambers of commerce, industry websites, directories, and other relevant resourcesQualifies and filters new leads by responding to initial inquiries regarding products, product benefits, packaging options, registration requirements, lead times, pricing, and other relevant commercial or technical questions before transferring qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development or Sales teamAssists in the development of new product lines by researching and analyzing competitive products, product characteristics, market positioning, pricing, market share, promotional strategies, and industry trendsSupports the development and launch of new products in coordination with the R&D team and other relevant departmentsCreates, edits, and produces professional communications and business materials, including presentations, graphs, reports, marketing materials, and other documents by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing informationTranslates the Product Monographs in SpanishCoordinates with the company's external social media agency to support the development and execution of the company's social media strategy, including content planning and approvals, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, and recommendations for improvementUtilizes social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to identify potential customers, business contacts, distributors, and new sales leadsPerforms other functions as requested by the immediate SupervisorWorks closely with the website and marketing teams to design, maintain, update, and optimize the company website and digital communication channelsProvides management with relevant feedback and insights regarding customers, prospects, market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive activityCollaborates effectively with internal departments and contributes to team xhyhwjd objectives by providing support, information, and follow-up as neededAssists with special projects and initiatives within the International Sales and Business Development departmentsPerforms other related functions and responsibilities as requested by the immediate supervisorQualificationsHigh School degree or Associate's1 - 3 years' experienceBilingual (English and Spanish)Required SkillsDemonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environmentMust possess excellent verbal and written communicationShould accept criticism and desire to learn and improveStrong Computer skills -MS Office Suite
