Indigo Living in Ames, IA is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep our apartment communities running smoothly. You’ll review make-ready checklists to ensure homes are ready for new residents and participate in our after-hours emergency team, including using a GO Team company vehicle during on-call rotations. You’ll partner with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices, order and inventory supplies, and perform general maintenance such as light carpentry, appliance repair, #J-18808-Ljbffr
