A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school environments. This position focuses on serving a diverse caseload of students and offers the flexibility of in-person or teletherapy service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, current state SLP license (CCC preferred)
• Previous experience working in school settings
• Strong foundation in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children
• Skilled with virtual therapy platforms and technology (for teletherapy roles)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability and commitment to providing individualized care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for student referrals
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) targeting specific student needs
• Provide evidence-based therapy—onsite or via secure teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation per district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance to teachers and families regarding communication strategies
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
