We are seeking an LPN/RN IN LENOIR NC! PER DIEM**to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Lenoir, NC Schedule: PRN Employer: Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, PLLC Job Summary: Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, PLLC is currently hiring LPNs and RNs to provide quality care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Nurses will work flexible schedules while delivering compassionate and professional nursing services in various facility settings. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
- Monitor and document changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and facility staff as needed.
- Supervise CNAs and other support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in resident assessments and care planning.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Dependable, professional, and flexible.
- Able to work independently and follow facility protocols.
