Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Representative to join their team. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling communication from providers and staff, managing requests for Epic system access, troubleshooting issues, and independently managing workloads to ensure requests are completed promptly.


Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, support tickets, and Epic messages from providers and staff needing assistance.
• Review requests for access to the Epic system and approve access based on established guidelines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal teams as necessary to find solutions.
• Use reference guides and internal documentation to accurately complete requests.
• Independently manage assigned workload, ensuring timely completion of requests.
