Responsibilities Safe Transport: Drive hotel shuttles according to established schedules or on-demand requests. Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and assist with loading and unloading luggage. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip inspections, clean the vehicle interior, and track fuel levels. Local Guidance: Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities and local area attractions. Cross-Training: Assist the front desk or act as a bellhop, concierge, or houseperson during downtime. Qualifications Clean Driving Record: Maintain a valid driver's license with no major traffic violations in the last 3-5 years. Commercial License: Obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement if driving vehicles designed for 16 or more passengers. Customer Skills: Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Stamina: Lift heavy luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
