Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse SupervisorCustom Assembly, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Operation Manager with daily warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in making sure incoming and outgoing product is received, handled, and shipped accurately, safely, and efficiently.The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily inbound and outbound operations, coordinate workflow and staffing, and provide hands-on leadership to the warehouse team. We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive work environment.What You'll DoSupervise and coordinate daily inbound, receiving, outbound, and shipping operationsAssign employees and resources based on workload and operational prioritiesEnsure incoming product is received, inspected, documented, and processed accuratelyEnsure outgoing product is picked, staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accuratelyMonitor productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shiftIdentify receiving or shipping discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns and ensure they are addressedEnsure established processes and customer requirements are consistently followedTrain, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to employeesPartner with warehouse management, inventory, training, and other departments to resolve operational issuesMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work areaEnforce company policies, safety procedures, and performance expectationsAssist with employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary documentation as neededCommunicate shift priorities, concerns, and operational updates to managementLook for opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall workflowWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree or additional coursework in business, logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environmentMinimum of 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience requiredPrevious experience in inbound receiving, outbound shipping, or warehouse operations strongly preferredExperience directing workflow, assigning work, and coaching employeesWorking knowledge of warehouse safety practices and proceduresBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systemsAbility to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departmentsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work on the warehouse floor and remain active throughout the shiftForklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred
