Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, Applied AI Professional

Our client is seeking experienced Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Applied AI professionals to contribute to a strategic technology initiative focused on advancing next-generation analytical and intelligent systems. Candidates will leverage their expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis, and software development to evaluate complex technical scenarios, provide expert insights, and help ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate complex analytical and machine learning scenarios for technical accuracy and business relevance.
• Develop and validate statistical models, predictive analyses, and data-driven solutions.
• Write and review Python and SQL code used in analysis workflows.
• Design realistic business and analytics use cases based on professional experience.
• Assess modeling approaches, assumptions, and analytical methodologies.
• Create clear documentation and explanations for complex statistical and machine learning concepts.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, outputs, and decision-support frameworks.
• Collaborate within structured project guidelines while working independently.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity throughout the engagement.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $125.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
