Senior Buyer / Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Professional to serve as a key catalyst for our operational success. In this role, you will transcend routine procurement to spearhead high-value supplier negotiations, optimize advanced ERP/MRP parameters, and lead critical commodity strategies for complex components like PCBAs, electronics, and fabricated metals. Partnering directly with NPI, Engineering, and Quality teams, you will have the autonomy to mitigate global risk, champion continuous improvement, and mentor a rising team - all while maintaining the uncompromised FDA and ISO standards that define our commitment to quality. Responsibilities

-Drive and execute comprehensive global supply chain initiatives aligned with corporate operational priorities, cost reduction objectives, and rigorous customer commitments.

-Architect and optimize core ERP/MRP system parameters—including safety stock, lead times, order quantities, and demand-supply balances—to maximize working capital efficiency and ensure seamless production continuity.

-Strategically balance order volumes and material flow to mitigate excess/obsolete (E&O) inventory risks while maintaining robust safety stock levels.

-Proactively identify, model, and mitigate critical material risks, capacity constraints, end-of-life (EOL) components, and supply disruptions through robust escalation protocols and contingency planning.

-Lead the lifecycle management of critical direct material commodities (PCBAs, electronic components, fabricated metals, plastics), from initial market research and technical qualification to long-term performance management.

-Negotiate high-value commercial contracts, pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery terms to capture cost savings while safeguarding supply continuity and quality.

-Design and leverage supplier scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to enforce strict KPI compliance across quality, delivery, and responsiveness metrics.
