Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an engaging and inspiring environment. Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values. Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics and achieve store goals. Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone through communication, adaptability, and fostering a collaborative selling environment. Ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately. Leads with an inclusive and people-first philosophy. Qualifications Love for the FP brand 1+ years store leadership experience Experience being a team player Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in store operations, prioritizing customer service and team collaboration to enhance the shopping experience.
