Travel Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Sanford, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Travel Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in performing catheterization procedures and show commitment to high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripheral procedures, Impella, and Balloon pump operations.
- Perform monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing tasks in the Cath Lab.
- Work closely with physicians and nursing staff to provide optimal patient care.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of specialized cath lab equipment.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have current BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Technologists must have ARRT or RCIS certification within 3 years of hire if not a Rad Technologist with ARRT.
- State license required for nursing roles.
- Advanced skills in EP circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring.
