Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required; Preferred: 2 years
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Must pass EKG exam (dysrhythmia interpretation/management required)
• Clinical focus: Med/Surg skills, dysrhythmia recognition/management, tracheostomy care/management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the charting system.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 72 hours
• RTO Policy: Maximum 7 days; no RTO allowed during the first week of assignment
• Scrubs Color: Navy
