Digital Marketing Manager at Robert Half New Orleans, LA

Digital Marketing Manager at Robert Half, New Orleans, LA. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid media). Manage budgets to maximize ROI. Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to improve performance. Mentor a growing team. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure cohesive, data‑driven marketing initiatives that fuel growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success developing and executing data‑driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills. Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring brand consistency across channels. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing external agencies and vendors. Strong background in performance marketing and campaign optimization.
